Hello, I have the following problem, I have Odoo 12CE installed and I also have IoT Box configured to print receipts and open the box from the POS. The problem is that when a sale is generated the box opens as 8 times, since it should only be opened once. I have IoT box version iotboxv19_12 installed on a raspberry pi model b, the printer is connected by USB to the IOT.
Anyone comes up with what can it be?
