Is there an easy way to setup time scale in calendar day view... Default split if half hour ( half hour split ) I need 15 mins (1/4 hour split ) for schedueld meethings..

Hi, web_calendar uses the lib dxhtmlScheduler. This library has the functionality you are asking, but, AFAIK, there is no standard method in the OpenERP layer to call that step option using the calendar view of OpenERP. I am developing that for a project here. If you want me to give you an update when I finish, just let me know here.
If you want to try yourself, the resource_planning branch has a good example of how to customize and make dxhtmlScheduler API calls. I am doing it based on that. If you get it done, please let me know.
