From the operation of this production system Raw material A will be assembled into product B. In which product B can contain many pieces of raw material A. According to product B, the BOM has been specified.

example: Product B 1 Box has a Raw material A 10 pieces. (B 1 = A 10)

For the manufacturing order of product B has the following cases:

1. Case manufacturing product B 1 box and have a raw material A 10 pieces complete from BOM set up.

2. Case manufacturing product B 1 box and have a raw material A 8 pieces not accurate of BOM set up.

When finish manufacturing product B the system not show the amount of raw material A to use for manufacturing flow but will show from the BOM formula to set up.

How Can I find a total of raw materials to use in manufacturing?
