I'm organizing my wine inventory in Odoo and have created several categories using fields like *tags* or *selection*, for example:

Department**: Wine

Wine Type**: Still or Sparkling

*Region**: Spain, France, etc.

Color**: Red, White, etc.

The problem is that, when using the search bar in the inventory, I can't find products using these categories. For example, if I type "red" expecting to see all red wines, no results appear unless I manually add a custom filter.

Is there a way to configure Odoo so that these categories are automatically discoverable by the general search, without having to apply custom filters every time?
