Hi,
You can easily create a demo database by going to: https://www.odoo.com/trial. Just select the apps you want and click "Try it Free".
A couple of additional suggestions:
Consider getting or downloading the Scale-Up business game from: https://www.odoo.com/page/scale-up-business-game
When creating the free trial database, prefix your company name with "edu-". This will allow your demo environment to remain active for around 10 months.
