The Patissier

The Patissier is a leading boutique bakery founded and based in Singapore since 2000, with a second store in Taipei. At The Patissier, they take the very best of the French baking tradition and techniques, and combine them with signature Asian flavors and ingredients, in order to bake delicious, creative and sophisticated desserts. Their handcrafted pastries and cakes are prepared with only the finest ingredients, and they are perfect for special occasions and to share with the loved ones.

The Patissier was looking for one complete integrated solution to replace their existing website, eCommerce, custom inventory and ordering system to better serve the customers (i.e. walk-in, via phone & online orders). We implemented a solution running on Odoo 13 Enterprise to help The Patissier streamline their Sales & Delivery including Point of Sales (PoS), Inventory, Marketing, Website & eCommerce.
