Does anyone know if there is a module or plugin which can generate xml template from a layout created by the user.
Please any idea??!!

Not with QWeb. You could do something similar with Aeroo reports though, you can design those reports graphically (in OpenOffice)
@Yenthe there is no plugin developped and used in odoo?
