When you're setting up access rights for this "account" model, you're naming it as "account.account purchase manager." Here, "purchase manager" seems to be an additional identifier or role you're assigning within the "account" model.

So, the question is: When naming the model in Group access rights, what's the significance of adding "purchase manager" after "account.account"? What does "purchase manager" represent in this context?

Hi,

I'm assuming that you are creating a custom access group to a particular set of people / person. In this case, you don't have to create a model, but create a group name and provide only required access to this group from the model account.account. Name of the group can be anything and is used for identification purpose by the admin who gives access.

Hi,

In Odoo, when you add an additional identifier like "purchase manager" after the model name "account.account" in group access rights, it signifies a specific role or access level within the "account" model. In this case, it likely represents permissions related to managing accounts in the context of purchase transactions. This naming convention helps define more granular access rights for users, allowing for better control over different roles within the same module.

Hope it helps
