I saved my static pdf file in this dir:
/static
|___ /src
|___ /file
|___ my_pdf_required_file.pdf
In the Send By Email button, i want to attach the static pdf i have to the email. How do i do that?

Could you not directly attach to an email template and user selects the template at the time of sending message?
The user wants to have it automatically attached in the email
On all emails?
