At the moment, we have to create two contact per person. One as company representative (private address) and another as private persona.

We can't create invoice for "private address", because we can't add bank account to " private address", it says " Accounting-related settings are managed on the parent company".

Is this normal?

What do you mean ? You don't need a bank account to create an invoice.
