Hi all, 

has this happened to anyone before:


Due to contract violation my DB has been restricted. I paid by wire transfer and expected the money to be there by friday, however the DB was locked today.


I opened tickets with odoo (odoo.com/help) for 4 days in a row and tried communicating otherwise - no reaction.


What options do I have to reach someone? (In case an Odoo employee reads this, my latest ticket has the ID: #4495405)

Our system shows one ticket created Friday two hours before the end of the work week and two created today, a Sunday, including one created very close to the time of creation of this post. 

We don't have agents working weekends or after business hours. 

During business hours you can call one of the emergency lines listed at https://www.odoo.com/help

Hi, 

so I will have to wait until tomorrow morning? I was not able to find information on support/business hours so far.
