Hi all,
has this happened to anyone before:
Due to contract violation my DB has been restricted. I paid by wire transfer and expected the money to be there by friday, however the DB was locked today.
I opened tickets with odoo (odoo.com/help) for 4 days in a row and tried communicating otherwise - no reaction.
What options do I have to reach someone? (In case an Odoo employee reads this, my latest ticket has the ID: #4495405)
