Fastest method of migrating data from one instance to another

Good morning/afternoon. I hope you are well.

I'm looking for another way to migrate data from one instance to another, which is faster than import/export using CSV files.Is there any other way to perform the migration of a specific module (such as products) from one instance to another?

Hi,
The easiest and available option is this, unless you can create a tool for this purpose. If it is a one time process, you can use the import and export option, if this is a repeated process, you can consider creating a script or module that perform this for you.
