Hello
I am unable to create an automation rule in ODOO 18 that automatically creates a new sales order in the document app when messages are received at the email alias of the ‘sales’ folder. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your support. I have worked through this as far as possible. Unfortunately, however, it still does not work.
I have made the following settings:
Automation Rule
Model: Document
Trigger: After Creation
Delay 1 Minute after creation
Apply on: Folder is in "Sales"
ACTION
Create Record
Record Create: Sales Order
Name: empty
Link field: empty
