My company is using odoo 16 community, has deployed to use a private server at the company, has custom modules made by developers at the company, in case I want to switch to enterprise version 17, or 18 in the future, how to do it, and how much will it cost?
Currently the number of active users is around 150, expected to reach 200-250 in the future.

Hi,
If you are in Odoo 16 community and thinking of moving to enterprise, then first upgrade to enterprise edition in the same version, here you need to move to 16 enterprise. Once you switched to enterprise, then using odoo upgrade, you can move to higher version.

Just buy odoo enterprise subscription , go to https://www.odoo.com/vi_VN/page/download and download enterprise edition will pop up a window then click on Buy a subscription
