Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH | Odoo screen blank after login

Question

After login to odoo 12.0 screen is blank.
When i check the browser logs it shows
*Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH*

This issue happens randomly on few computers.
On some computer odoo login properly and sometime give error
*Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH*
*
*
I have configured workers=12 and reverse_proxy=True.
I am not using any apache and nginx for my odoo.
