Hi,
following issue: An Onboarding Plan gets automatically connected to the chatter of an employee. For access reasons, only employee officers and the person himself have access to this chatter.
Problem: A normal onboarding "to do" would be that the technical department provides technical equipment. But of course those persons are not employee officers and therefore can not access the activity. How to handle this requirment in Odoo?

The Activity is not just only connected to the Chatter of the Employee, it is created as an Activity record that the Employee (or the other Employee assigned to the Activity) can find in their Activities list:
There are TWO views of Employees, those available to regular Users and those available to Officers, so other people assigned to those Activities would be taken to the View they are allowed to see.
