I have a document which 2 customers need to sign.
I configured it in roles and in the document, so the signing for both of them works and retreives their details correcly.
However, the signed document is linked only to the main customer. How can it be linked also to the other customer signed on it?
Hi, when you create the roles for each of the customer, the document will be linked to both of them, including your own internal company. If you have configure as following
Under Roles,
Customer 01, Customer 02 and Company
The document will be linked to all three of them. If you go to view "Details" of the signed document, you can send a sign copy to all three of them for download including the certificate.
