Hello guys,
I'm testing the Odoo 9 here in the company in order to replace an old intranet we have and integrate with CRM and maybe other applications...
I need to import our customer base for Odoo ...
On that basis, we have the following information:
Products,
Client,
Contacts Customer,
invoices (only the number)
We sell software in digital format, and we manage customer licenses that intranet.
How could control each software license my customers buy?
So how can I solve this problem? I may have to customize?
It would be interesting to import all this information to the Odoo. I do not know how to do.
In Odoo I not found a way to do it.
If anyone can help,
Thank you.
Complementing:
what would like is to enter the product key + other features only when I sold the product.
Each product is different from the other, so how do I show only the specific fields of each product there in the sales order?
Didi you try google.com with the 'odoo import' request?
hello Artem.
Thank's for your help!
No, i did not.
In fact, as I mentioned above, all my base is in this intranet obsolete.
In Google's case, from what I understand, it would be to import my contacts from it?
I ask to the colleagues here in the forum that the central question would be how to create these additional fields so I can control the licenses of software we sell.
For example:
Customer Waine Corp.
Contacts: Bruce Waine (CEO);
Contacts: Lucius Fox (Manager)
Sales: Sales Order 1 (Invoice 100)
1 Software 1
2 Software 2
3 Software 3
After billed, we received from the manufacturer of this software the license numbers of which are from different manufacturers. Each software has different information to be inserted.
Then, after the sale and payment, we will manually entering this information in each sales order or invoice.
How do I create this customization for each product?
and How to maintain data consistency of these licenses with each client?
I think that's the point of self-doubt,
If anyone can help, we will be grateful.
