My name is Daria, and I am currently setting up my website on Odoo to sell guided tours. I have encountered an issue related to email communication with customers, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
The problem arises when a customer completes a purchase on my website. Upon successful payment, they receive an automatic notification confirming the payment. However, if the customer attempts to reply to this confirmation email, their message does not reach my inbox. Instead, they receive the following message:
I would like to ensure that customer replies to these purchase confirmation emails are delivered to my email address. Could you please guide me on the necessary settings to address this issue? My goal is to enhance communication with customers and promptly respond to any inquiries or feedback they may have.
