In Odoo, when you search in the search bar, the condition used is "OR". 

Imagine you want to search for a product containing "Table" AND "red" but you are too lazy to use custom filters.

With this module installed you can press Shift before searching for "red" and Odoo finds only products containing "table" AND "red"

• Enter your value in the omnibar search field

• Enter the second value, then press and hold "SHIFT"

• Select field with mouse or keyboard or press "ENTER" to perform the search
