How to restrict that only creators and assignees with permissions can see their own tasks in project？

I want to add permission management in the project. Just like only those who need to see the task can see the task or only people with permissions can drag the task progress.
Can I change directly from the webpage, or can only be modified by code?

The way this can be implemented varies based on your actual needs.
Generally speaking, you can define /who/ has access to /what/ by the means of
Groups Access Rights Record Rules  You can check out how such, for example /Record Rules/, are defined by enabling the Developer Mode (see https://www.odoo.com/documentation/18.0/applications/general/developer_mode.html [1] ) and the n navigate to
Settings -> Technical -> Record Rules
