I have created one workflow for holidays

First HR Employee has requested leave --> It will move for approval to Branch Manager User's Group (not all group to see this leave request). --> When Branch Manager will approved --> it goes to HR Manager Group I have created new leave approval system

But I am not understand where I will define this group or it's should be dynamic.

Please help me to work on this approval system.
