Good afternoon,

I'm setting up a loyalty points program in the Odoo POS and would like to know if there's any way to configure it to only apply to certain types of users.

In this case, we have several types of clients, and we want Odoo to only apply this program to individual users (who are identified with a tag) and not to businesses(B2B sale).

Hi Anxolo,

The loyalty card also depends on the price list. So you normally have a price list for B2B and another one for B2C. Just use this field when setting up the loyalty card.

Hi,

the Loyalty Program comes with personal Loyalty Cards, so the program will be only active for whose clients having a Loyalty Cards.

One solution is : To manage the creation for your Client with a specific tag, maybe you can create an automation rule based on this tag for your client that will create for them a new Loyalty Card in your Loyalty Program.
