Lingualand, an educational company offering language courses, was struggling with a high volume of manual work and the lack of integration with its online learning platform. Managing numerous language courses required many manual operations, which decreased work efficiency.
To improve the company’s operations, the decision was made to implement Odoo with a focus on process automation and better data management. Key areas that required improvement included the registration process for course participants and the automatic generation of links for lessons.
The implementation covered the Appointment and Calendar modules, which supported lesson scheduling, as well as a custom Academy module, enabling efficient management of course registrations. Additionally, system customizations were necessary, particularly for the student portal, to make the platform more user-friendly and automate key tasks.
As a result of the implementation, manual work was significantly reduced, and key processes were streamlined. With automation in place, Lingualand gained greater control over course organization, time savings, and a more transparent system for managing education.
