About Grashka and goals?
Grashka is plant-based deli manufacturer and food innovator based in Slovenia, with manufacturing

partners in Adriatic region.

Al products are made with regional, organic ingredients, naturally processed, with no artificial

additives and all ingredients are bought in max 1000km from production. The goals of company are

to set new successful and sustainable “farm to fork” model that can be set globally and digital

transformation had a key role.

Grashka has won numerous awards, such as the most penetrating Slovenian company, the most

innovative agricultural company in Slovenia and their goals are now set to successful conquering

foreign markets.

Challenges of Grashka?

Fast growth of Grashka company, market demands are exponential, so does work that needed clear

processes so does product with great quality with bigger orders would not be compromised. Their

rapid development reflects in diversity of product, where deli product, now was added frozen

programs. As that digital transformation was needed to support key processes accordingly with

demands of their customers from various markets and manufacturing optimisation and automation.

Goals achieved for Grashka

With Grashka the main deep configuration was done on following applications:


Odoo Inventory: Being in the food development, production and distribution business, and with

Grashka specific workflow, the company needed an efficient and accurate inventory solution to be

certain which ingredients were in stock and in which exact quantity. In addition to precise inventory

control, Odoo tracking of lot numbers and expire dates allows Grashka team to manage production

and distribution with ease by implementing FEFO for all products in an automated flow.

Odoo Manufacturing: For the food production, multiple Bills of Materials (BoM) were needed, and

in this case Grashka has control over every product’s complete recipe. All BoMs needed to flow well

with the production process itself, fully integrated with Accounting and Inventory with automatic

Purchase orders for min/max stock levels of needed ingredients. Furthermore, with production cost

calculator in Odoo 16 costing method for each product is accurately computed in accounting and

makes it easy for the sales team to set the sales price right for each product based on total cost of

production.


Odoo Sales and Invoicing: Grashka needed fast overview over what sales can offer, as for example,

what they have on stock, how long in production cycle, what is exact sot of production. In Odoo 16

Grashka can utilize MTO flow (Manufacture to Order) that can help sales and operations teams in

upsell and improve production planning.


Accounting: Fully automated internal chart of account and accounting journals was implemented,

where client can do full balance sheet with one click whenever they need it.
