Finding the right fit

Florez noted that while many applications had the potential to handle their operation, Odoo's user-friendly interface made the difference. Since training employees on a new system was a crucial factor, they needed an intuitive platform that employees could adopt quickly. 

“For me, it was important to choose a system that is user-friendly. I’m in charge of training our team, and I wanted to make it as easy as possible for them,” Henry explained.

Previously, manual tracking (with Excel spreadsheets) led to inaccuracies and occasional stock discrepancies, causing delays in production. It’s about protecting our reputation,” Henry said.

 Work order optimization: Managing work orders manually was time-consuming and prone to errors, often resulting in inefficiencies and miscommunication on the production floor. With Odoo, work orders are systematically generated and tracked, providing full visibility into each stage of production. This automation has reduced manual intervention and also improved workflow efficiency by ensuring that tasks are completed in the right sequence, minimizing downtime and increasing overall productivity.
