Issues before implementing Odoo
Before adopting Odoo, GF PET.us relied on disparate systems, including CIN7 for EDI and order management and QuickBooks for accounting. However, these solutions presented significant limitations.
CIN7, based in New Zealand, posed severe time zone challenges, making support difficult and slow. The software also lacked scalability, restricting GF PET.us’s ability to grow efficiently. Meanwhile, QuickBooks struggled to handle the company’s increasing volume of orders, particularly in sorting invoices. The inability to organize invoices by number was a significant operational bottleneck, adding inefficiencies to their accounting processes.
