We recently started on odoo v16 and the Internal transfer account is not available in Settings>Accounting>Default accounts on Odoo v16 on admin user.


As a result, when trying to save any internal transfers, we face this error: 



Odoo v16 docs say it should be available in accounting settings and it also shows on demo.odoo.com 

Please advise if the admin account is missing any permission, it has the role of "Accountant" for accounting.

Hi,

This was missing from the initial release of Odoo 16 and recently added the missing configuration. So please update the odoo 16 source code to its latest and try again.

Hi! The missing Internal transfer account setting is happening to me too!
I have odoo on odoo.sh and in the project settings is updated to the latest revision!
And still this setting is missing!
Any idea how to be fixed?

Hi Muhammad,

do you have all the accounts set in the journals you want to do the transfer from/to? Also, the incoming and outgoing payment methods on the journal configuration are set?
