How can I delete a stage in CRM (or at least make it invisible)?
I have created a stage that has proven to be inappropriate and would like to remove it. I understand that it cannot be deleted (as it contains content) - but how can I archive it? Alternative: invisible, I couldn't manage that with Studio either
You can't archive it. You can set it as "folded in pipeline", or ensure that there aren't any leads / opportunities at that stage and then you can delete it.
