* Tried Installing Asterisk click to dial, it asked for following dependent modules
1) phone numbers - ran sudo pip phonenumbers
2) Asterisks - ran sudo pip asterisks
3) base_phone - Installed
* configured user with following setting 
* configured server using following setting
* Then I tried testing the connection I get connection refused error
