Hi Odooers!

My company is hoping to integrate Odoo into our workflow and I have been put in charge of implementing it.

I am currently working my way through the courses - but i would consider myself as more of a practical learner and would like to start playing around with things.

Does anyone have any advice for me in terms of how to go about this?

I am a bit confused about the demo data side of things - so if you can please give me some more tips and tricks, that would be great!

I will also be in charge of assisting my team in learning the program once implemented, so if any of you have any wisdom and advise for me related to this - please do share!

Thanks so much :)

Hi Aidan,

What helped me was, thinking of a Process i want to implement and try it on a Test Database.
Odoo is pretty straight forward, as long you are tech interested.

What helped my personally a lot was watching a lot of youtube videos for specific topics. Like Project.
Also this forum can help with more specific questions.

But for the start its really best to invest 1-2 Weeks into the Leaning with the Videos, and do it beside.
Most of the time you need to have your Odoo open anyways to answer the Quiz Questions.

I can talk from personal Experiance, implemented Odoo for the Service department in a small company.
(we were just 2 People) The current account is new, and i need to go trought the Learning Video's again. But its a good refresher, and i don't remember everything.
