As an Account Manager, you will represent the long lasting commercial point of contact of all your customers. You ensure customers' satisfaction and make the company grow, by upselling and renewing contracts of our existing customers. You will be in touch with CIO's, CFO's and CEO's of small and large companies, and revolutionise the way their business works!

Responsibilities 🤝
Concretely, you will:
- Develop the relationship and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients/partners in Italy;
- Be the clients' Odoo sales expert and their main point of contact: analyse and understand in depth your customers' needs;
- Increase your customers' use of the solution by offering them the right package in Odoo: identify potential/incentive future sales (upselling, crosselling, etc.);
- Demonstrate the product: new apps, features and new versions to end-users
- Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions
- Become an Odoo expert: acquire technical/functional knowledge
MUST HAVE 🎯
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
- Italian work permit
- 1 to 3 years of exp. in IT/Sales
- Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills
- Genuine interest in software products
- Experience as a Sales, Project manager, consultant
- Solution-oriented
- Strong organizational skills: you will have around 150-200 clients to manage!

Our sales department is divided into two parts: Direct sales and Indirect sales.
We're recruiting Account Managers for both the Direct and Indirect Departments.
- In Direct Sales, we work in direct contact with our clients and our Business Analysts who implement Odoo projects.
- In Indirect Sales, we work with Partners and clients who have chosen to implement with an official Odoo partner.
