Greetings, I have created a pricelist in v12 with products using fixed prices and attached the pricelist to a POS. The POS is showing the  product price (from products screen) instead of showing the price set on the pricelist.

From   Sales > Configuration .. I have tried switching between Multiple prices per product and  Prices computed from formulas without success.

When I create the pricelists on a new instance the POS correctly shows the price set on the pricelist. Could I be missing a configuration.

Hi Waiyaki Njomo,​​​​​

​Check the below steps to configure Price List in POS. May be you miss any one of the step.

1. Activate Price List

Go to Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Settings

Check the Multiple Product Prices option.

Select Price computed from formulas option. then you can define discounts in POS.

2. Create or Edit Price Lists as per your need.

Go to Point of Sale -> Product -> Pricelists

​3. Make Pricelists available in POS Session

Go to Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Point of Sale

Create a new Session or Edit the existing one.

You have the option to define Available Pricelists and Default Pricelist in the Point of Sale form.

Only after this step, Pricelists available in POS screen.

Hello Avinash,

Thanks I have rechecked the Pricelist configs.

The wrong pricing issue is being caused by a 3rd party app. After removal of the app the prices are now OK
