We are an indoor amusement park and we sell daily tickets.
We want to optimize the upsell process on our website by:
- Offering customers the option to select a date they wish to visit our amusement center on an initial page. Once the date is selected, the page refreshes to display the second step of the purchase process.
- On the second page, the customer should choose the types of tickets (we have different tickets based on age groups). The customer should be able to see the costs for each ticket by age group. Once the age groups for the tickets are selected, the customer clicks a "Continue" button to proceed to the third step.
- In the third step, the customer can add additional options such as:
- Discounted snacks for purchasing tickets in advance
- Private seating areas
After completing these selections, the customer clicks "Continue" and sees a summary of their cart. They can then proceed to payment or return to the event date page.
