My case is : there are damaged cases coming with the shipping and we entering them as scrap in Odoo, after some days these cases is re-fixed and must entered to some location but with different price cost of what entered previously in purchase .. what is the best way to handle this? is there any Odoo App or workaround?

Use a Landed Cost for your internal Transfer [from Scrap location to stock location] and add the extra cost. Odoo accurate this new cost in to inventory value. And you can keep all trazability.
