Wanted to manage the different project tasks in Odoo, due we are resouce constrained I wanted to get the possibility to have a list of resouces and alliocate to them the tasks considered the estimated effort, an not the opposite (so having the tasks and associate the resources to them), like in this example

I didn't see the possibility to do that using standard apps, I'm missing something or need I something from the marketplace.
