Yes, you can still edit the qty to produce even after you click plan in MO.
Ex. Let's say you initially set 5 qty of Table to produce for WH/MO/00002 and you want to change it to 3.
To change qty to produce, click on the qty "5.00" > a pop-up window will appear
On the pop-up window, you can edit the qty to proudce (in this case, you can change it from 5.00 to 3.00) > Click the button "approve"
Once you click approve, WH/MO/0002 qty to produce is then reduced from 5.00 to 3.00
