I'm currently testing OpenERP, everything is fine so far but the customer form has a problem to be shown properly. I didn't change any fields etc..
How can I fix / avoid this?

As I feel its a jQuery or CSS problem coz its just a alignment shifted of form from top , maybe I am not true.
Try to upgrade module base . Settings>>Modules>>Installed Modules and upgrade model base.
THX for this comment. Actually I run the update and it resetted all my view settings which is fine on my testsystem. After the update the issue was fixed. But after I changed the sequence number via "Edit Action" in order to make sure that the tree view is default "0" the problem appeared again.
Am I doing something wrong?
Did anybody else have this problem in the past already? how can I fix it?
We have come across the same problem with project form view after customizing the project module (we didn't change anything on the form view). In our environment the problem occurs when you switch from list view to form view for the first time - no problem when you switch from kanban view to form view or when you switch from kanban view to form view, then switch to list view, then to form view. The behavior is a bit tricky.
