I have already setup the incoming server and outgoing server as my gmail address. 
It work fine. It's able to fetch incoming message to CRM pipelines. But I can't get the reply message in the chatter. Is there something I have missed to set up?

Hi,

The chatter in Odoo sends emails using the email address of the contact associated with the form you are viewing. For example, in the case of an opportunity, if there is a related contact, Odoo will use the email address of that contact. However, by default, there is no feature to automatically track further reply messages in the chatter of that record. Implementing this feature would require customization.
