Kechara, a committee that serves the homeless and the poor, struggled with managing its operations and meeting the requirements of those in need. They needed a centralized system to streamline their back-end operations and enhance productivity to help more people.
After providing Odoo consultancy, Brainers integrated the Odoo ERP system. This integration automated operations across Kechara’s three channels: empowerment, soup kitchen, and food bank. Also, the ERP system provided insights into people enrolling for skills training, food availability, and distribution. It also enabled real-time tracking of donations and other details for individuals at risk of losing their homes.
The Food Bank’s inventory, deliveries, accounting, and invoicing processes became automated with Odoo ERP, which reduced the need for manual intervention. With Odoo’s presence, Kechara has a better approach and vision for daily tasks and deliverables. The organization has already automated over 50% of its processes by integrating Odoo ERP.
