In the CRM, the Next Activities List give us access to all inmediate sale activities.

When we log a sale activity in the CRM this one obviously disapear from the Next Activities List.


Here is what we need:

As a Sales Manager I would like to view all the sales activities my sales team have done AND must do in the future.

As a Sales Rep I would like to view all my done sales activities AND next activities.

As a Sales Rep I would like to enter more than just one sale activity per Oportunity.


Any place where we can do that?

v10e only allows to have 1 next activity. This was improved and SaaS-14e (and later) allows to schedule several next activities. It also homogenizes the activity datamodel and unifies it to all models chatters.

In order to do what you want in v10e:
- Go to Sales/Reports/Activities, group by sales rep, then by date(day), then by lead, then by summary. And filter on your sales team.
- Same as above but only filter on yourself.
- Not possible before SaaS-14e.

You can create menus, views, and record rules to make access to this more convenient to sales managers and sales reps.
