Hello, Odooers

On Odoo 15, I'm trying to export data to Google spreadsheet as detailed in this link: https://www.odoo.com/fr_FR/blog/voyager-5/changes-to-google-drive-and-google-spreadsheet-integrations-for-existing-odoo-versions-957

I have copied the template as detailed in the procedure, Oauth with my google credentials, inserted my URL, db_name, login, password through the Odoo>Settings menu of the spreadsheet

When I copy my formula, I get the following error:

So it looks to me an authentification error, but my url, db name, login, password are OK

Anyone already faced this issue ? Any ideas how to solve it ?

Hi everyone,

So I have found the solution and put the details here for the record, in case someone face the same issue one day

We should first notice that the error message isn't detailed enough and we don't know exactlyu what was the problem (but I guess it was an auth issue)

1st: Server settings:


We need to put here the complete url as it is on Odoo.sh. Our company used a redirection link (odoo.mycompany.com), which I never noticed before, and that was the first mistake

2. Database name

As surprising as it can be, there is no clear documentation where to find the database name.  

So we need to fill the complete name displayed nearby the name (but I do not see where else we can copy/paste taht on Odoo), rather that the name displayed on odoo.sh
