Business Case:
In my company, employees are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year, and we work from Monday to Friday. However, according to policies, if an employee requests a week of vacation (from Monday to Monday), Odoo has to deduct 8 days from their allocated 30 days (regardless of weekends) instead of 5 days.
Currently, we use the payroll module, and we do not want weekends to be considered as paid days. How should we configure the Working Schedule and the Time Off module so that Odoo deducts the taken days, including weekends, without counting weekends as paid days?
Note: we work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
