I have uploaded a custom module with an unnamed button.

So the button appears but doesn't work.


After deleting the module, Odoo keeps showing the button and I can't delete it.

when I try to delete it with studio tools I have this error


Error while validating view: Button must have a name View name: Odoo Studio: stock.picking.form customization Error context: view: ir.ui.view(3049,) xmlid: studio_customization.odoo_studio_stock_pi_36a9e0aa-fb05-46f8-9877-71987a73aedd view.model: stock.picking view.parent: ir.ui.view(1962,)

My module does not appear in the list of modules and I need to hide this useless button.


Any idea?

Hi,

Seems the error is coming from the odoo studio, have you tried to customize the button from the custom module using the studio ?

Here what you can do is that, activate the developer mode and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface ->Views, and search for the view with the name shown in the error message. ie, odoo_studio_stock_pi_36a9e0aa . Once you found the view with the above name, open it and set Active as False and see whether the error disappears.
