Hello, I'm having a difficulty right now, It was working yesterday, but then when I tried to run my local host again, I get an empty web page. 

I tried this URL: http://localhost:8100/web?debug=assets

but it doesn't work, so I tried configuring my Odoo.conf

I got no error in terminal, but when I try on browser, I get this, 

I don't know what happened, It was working yesterday, and I just opened my pc right now, it's not working anymore ​
