Hi Luis Castro,
"Working Days to Close" means the average number of working (business) days it takes to close a lead or opportunity, either as Won or Lost.
It only counts weekdays and skips weekends or company holidays.
Example:
- A lead is created on Monday, July 1
- It is marked as Won on Thursday, July 4
- If July 4 is a holiday, and July 6 and 7 is the weekend, only July 1 and 2 are counted
- So the Working Days to Close = 2
How to find it in Odoo:
- Open the Sales module
- Go to Reporting --> Pipeline Analysis
- In the top-right corner, click Measures
- Select “Working Days to Close”
- You will now see this value for each salesperson, stage, or team
Make sure your working time and holidays are set correctly in Settings ---> Working Time, so Odoo calculates it properly.
