Hi, We defined sales team and added members. All these members have manager rights. Besides user admin, no one can see each others offers, quoatations or scheduled calls.
What is the reason for this?

The users should be able to see each others quotations, orders and calls.
Are you sure there are no additional (customized) modules installed?
Check under settings -> Users -> Double click on user, go to tab advanced (2nd tab), and see what other rights are selected.
You are sure you are not working with a multi company setup, with each users assigned to a different company?

When I try to check a sales order from a member in Sales Team, I am geting this error:Access Denied
The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.
