... sorry the more I look, the more confused I get

using Odoo V12, install from Github


First is it best to download it from here...

https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/12.0/account_financial_report/

Or here...

https://odoo-community.org/shop/account-financial-reports-196#attr=3166

Or maybe here...

https://github.com/OCA/account-financial-reporting/tree/12.0


Next I see its a few modules with a bigger folder with some form of "setup" folder  structure with a ".setuptools-odoo-make-default-ignore" with readme sending me to https://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools-odoo


Any guidance is greatly appreciated

The best option to download the module is from the github, where we can assure that we are getting the latest source code.
