When I try to create database edu-xxxxxxx I get Trial refused message. I neither use proxy/vpn nor ad-blocker. I also have no databases created already. Please help, need to educate sudents.

I have spent some time checking that and I discovered that on the mac, you have to change one setting. In safari, you can uncheck web advertising and it should work. You can set it back once the database is created.
